Mini Valve and Ball Valves
•    Made up of brass pipe, spill and fill valve.

Deadman Handle
Deadman Handle works with the automatic valve. It is controls the air coming from the automatic valve via two pneumatic hose inlets located in the end. Automatic pot is one of the most important products that ensures compliance with safety norms and  proper operation for the staff. Furthermore, in the automatic sandblasting pot system, when the operator lifts the deadman handle, the black lock located under the handle stops the blasting process which ensures operatror’s safety and avoids injury hazards.

Nipples are up to ½ ” – 3″ for hose. They are available in two types: hydraulic and galvanized. Galvanized nipples are of low quality and used in safe, non pressurized connections. On the contrary, the hydraulic nipples are used in pressurized, more riskier connections. They are high quality, less likely to break or crack and provide maximum durability. Nipples are a threaded apparatus from outside. They are used to join the two parts at the pots connection. Clamps are used for connecting the hose. Quick couplings are used for the air connection. Internally and externally threaded shaft couplings are the yellow apparatus attached to the end of hose and the two parts of the pots connection.

Nozzle Holder – Adaptor
It is the connection between the blasting nozzle and hose. It is being presented as ½” and 1 ¼ ”. To be in the black gasket is attached to the nozzle. Internally threaded. Screwed hose to the hole.

Centrifugal Separators CS
CS-type centrifugal separators are effective in separating 99% of the condensed liquid from the compressed air. These separators operate with high reliability, requiring no maintenance.

Contracor plastic coupling 1” – 1 ¼”
It is used in sandblasting or air hose. It helps in connecting the hoses. Due to its light weight, it is sometimes preferred over metal coupling.

Camlocks
½ “- 6” vary in size. They are used in air connections and machine connections of hose. 2 kinds of type A and B make one team.

Hose Holder – quick coupling
It is 1” and 1 ¼”  in sizes. It is used in Sandblasting pots. When threaded part is attached to the machine, the knurled part goes into the hose tightened with clamp.

Pipe, T-piece , Elbow, Ball valve
Pipe has combination feature with blasting pot or other connections. T piece ½” vary in size. It is preferred in usage areas such as galvanisation or hydraulically. It is the ideal product to separate a single connection into two outputs. Each side is internally threaded. Elbow varies according to ½ “-2” size. Usually galvanized is preferred. It is used to make exit in the corner connection. Both sides are also internal threaded. One kind is the product we call the tail elbow. One side is internally threaded, other side is externally threaded.
